Following the updated penalties for late registration(s), the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver of the Republic of Cyprus has announced the postponement of the date of imposition of penalties for late submission of the HE32 Form.

The new deadline set is the 1st of April 2021 and the charges that will come into force in case of late submission of HE32 are as follows:

  • €50 one-off and €1 charge per day for the first six (6) months followed by €2 for each day after the infringement date with maximum amount 500 Euro.

For all other statutory forms mentioned, the imposition of penalties applies from 18 December as 2020, as scheduled.
